If you need a boost, you might want to explore the many benefits of pure caffeine powder. Caffeine is actually the more common name for a compound called methylxanthine. It’s a stimulant drug that is designed to affect the central nervous system. For hundreds of years, caffeine has been used in coffee and tea beverages to give people a boost and provide them with more energy. You can get it in liquid form, in a powder, in a tablet, and even in a suppository. It comes from several natural sources, too, such as coffee, tea, guarana, and the kola nut. There are a lot of things that caffeine can be used for, too, like reducing the perception of how hard you have to work at a task (making things seem easier). It also helps to reduce body fat.

Caffeine is good for increasing the capacity of workload that a person can handle, building muscle fiber, helping you exercise more intensely without feeling as fatigued, giving you both alertness and endurance, and helping you concentrate. If you take caffeine you can also get an increased uptake of oxygen and Glycogen sparing. All of this is very beneficial to the athlete, but there are some people who should be careful of how much caffeine they ingest. Pregnant women are advised to avoid caffeine, as are people with heart problems and individuals who have a lot of anxiety. You can become dependent on it if you take too much too often, but you can safely take about 600mg per day, which is about seven cups of coffee.

A lot of people drink energy drinks and other beverages to get their caffeine, but you can also purchase pure caffeine powder if you want a quick boost of energy. It is pharmaceutical grade, and it’s been proven to boost performance, both mentally and physically, in a lot of different studies. It’s been touted as a diet drug, too. It actually is not a diet drug, but what it does do is ensure that you have more energy and more stamina, which means that you will do more work, exercise more vigorously, and therefore burn more fat. It does not matter whether you’re male or female, because both genders can benefit from taking caffeine before they partake in aerobic exercise.

Caffeine is on the list of the IOC’s ‘banned substances’ because it is such a strong and powerful drug. However, most athletes can take a reasonable dose of caffeine without being over the legal limit for the drug, and that allows them to get a good boost and still compete in their chosen sport. Athletes all over the country and the world take caffeine often. It can help to burn a lot of fat, as well, keeping athletes lean and ready for competition. More muscle can be built and more fat can be burned while exercising simply by adding larger doses of caffeine to the body before a workout, and it’s safe and effective for most people.
