My midwife recommended in this book, and I drank during my second and third quarters. My work has been slow, but I felt nothing, what you really call pain (pressure and some discomfort) to 9 cm. Then I pushed 3 times and my son was born. I'm not sure the tea. . . but I have not so with my two others.On always works, it's tasty and not harmful. Remember, your midwife or doctor that you say. I drink more just because I like it.

I drank 3 cups, 2 tea bags brewed tea for each of the last month of my pregnancy. The amount of time I was pushing my son was 5 minutes. My midwife said that there are many anecdotal reports of raspberry leaf tea making lighter work, but I was skeptical. Of course, my experience is I was a believer, I found this tea tastes, from the more expensive brands may differ. And I appreciate the fact that the design of these pockets clean, using no strings, tags or staples like most teas.
