This is a delicious tea. I work the night shift and I use this tea daily to help relax me enough to sleep well. I use it for naps after a few days before I have to go to work. I have tried other teas of this type, but Sweet Dreams tastes best. I recommend it to other off switch and sleep disorders. It works. Cindy

[. . . ] Dollar for 120 tea bags. not bad. One thing about Sweet Dreams) (at least for me is that the tea does not really do much other than good taste. I do not really relieve tired at all after drinking this tea. Real enjoy a chamomile scent and writing, Im so happy that this version with mint drowning the taste. Thats all I say about this tea, it tastes good, but it does not help, or a better night's sleep. Probably because I is suffering from insomnia, but I think any sweet dreams of a placebo, are people like me and say, "Oh, me to sleep" when in reality, you even put a product designed only for sleeping be deleted. Just my opinion but if it works then good for you.

First, I like the Bigelow tea, because it comes in individual packages and is much cooler than many other brands. If it sleep for chamomile tea, I think, are to Sweet Dreams, the best of each. I love the hint of mint that comes with chamomile, and I like this one sweet. My favorite use is to bring with me on trips and the use of coffee in the motel room to brew a cup at night before bed. I love to wake up to the mint "odor in the hotel room from the bag. Then I drink a lot of my tea without sugar, I like it with a little sugar – I think it is because of the mint. I recommend keeping it on hand.

[. . . ] My son is a monster of tea. It made me try some of the most heinous concoctions that you can imagine. I always had a problem falling asleep, so he had Sweet Dreams try herbal tea. Well, I do not like and I hate chamomile tea with mint, but it is so soft and soothing scent, he told me hooked. Of course, I add a splash of Half & Half for her, and that makes it so creamy. Back to the point together, it actually helps you fall asleep. I asked my husband to try it, and he was surprised that he actually worked for him. So I buy by the carton with 6 cases now because it's cheaper. Good stuff!
