Even if I know a little more than the average of two substances, this book presents new information to me in an interesting style. I recommend it for both the casual reader and community education programs for medical and substance abuse. And the guy has a sense of humor!

I found this book very informative. It contains maerial course on the effects of caffeine and alchahol on the body. ce livre décrit également les effets de ces struct Heve et sur le corps. Sfound it very helpful when writing my father's research into the effects of caffeine on the heart. It is a good book
