And how much is too much, can some significant problems?

If you drink more than 3 cups of coffee a day you’re going overboard.
Caffeine overdose and withdrawl (yes there’s withdrawl, nearly impossible to get addicted though) include minor headaches, anxiety, restlessness (duh), and severe drops in energy. I think it also causes mood swings.
In any way,I think the caffeine’s unhealthiness overweigh healthiness.
