Does caffeine help your health in any way?
It is certain or not outweigh safety or vise verse?
And how much is too much, can some significant problems?

Put simply Caffeine is a legal and addictive stimulant, it is not beneficial to your health.
Caffeine’s unhealthiness definately outweighs health.
If you drink more than 3 cups of coffee a day you’re going overboard.
Caffeine overdose and withdrawl (yes there’s withdrawl, nearly impossible to get addicted though) include minor headaches, anxiety, restlessness (duh), and severe drops in energy. I think it also causes mood swings.

In any way,I think the caffeine’s unhealthiness overweigh healthiness.
caffeine can be abstracted from many kind of plants.
the main function of caffeine is to kindle your passion when you are tired in order to help you deal with the difficulties.if you abuse it at other times, It will harm you.
If you want to find something else that is similar to it, I think it’s adrenalin.

Small amounts of caffeine are found beneficial such as increase in muscle strength, increase in mental faculty and reduces asthma symptoms. It can also benefit people who are at high risk of liver disease.
Excessive use of caffeine can cause anxiety, sleeplessness , rapid heart beat, heartburn and restlessness.
Two cups of coffee a day should be enough.
