I have cut way back on sodas, just wondered some ways to boost energy without caffeine?

Believe it or not exercise, really that’s the best way to get more energy. It boosts your metabolism rate.
There are specific drinks put out by different companies that avoid using caffeine. You just have to research it or if you like, get in touch w/ me and i can point you in a good direction.
fruit smoothies give me energy when i drink them in the morning that i make myself>
tbls of yogurt
half a banana
frozen mixed fruit
fresh strawberries
ice thrown all into a blender
It’s been my experience that when I exercise for an hour after work, I have more energy than I have had all day. I can’t explain it, but it works.
proper diet is an excellent way to get and keep a level of energy. Where caffeine and sugar can give you bursts of energy they quickly fade with a crash, starting your day with a breakfast that includes protein will give you energy that stays with you at a level supply no ups and downs you wont feel any sudden bursts but with a good balanced diet not too little not too much you will have it all the time
exercise,and naps midday
a handful of mixed nuts.
they’re full of great stuff and nutrients.http://web.foodnetwork.com/food/web/ency…
Exercise & proper nutrition.
I cut out caffeine a couple years ago. Wish the soft drink companies would help out a bit more…
Keep some dried fruit around. I just finished a low cal bag of mango flavored pineapple and it was delicious. Each small piece has enough fruit sugar to boost you like a can of soda.
for a quick pep up, I love Emergen-C. It’s a powdered vitamin/mineral thingy that you mix with water. It comes in individual packets, so all you have to do is dump a packet into a cup, add water, and drink. Fizzy, fruity, and only 20 calories, and TONS of vitamins/minerals, including energy-boosting B vitamins. You can get it at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and some grocery stores and pharmacies. Try the raspberry, yum! I read that all the racers on Amazing Race use this stuff.
Yes there is. Try drinking energy drinks that don’t have any caffeine like SOBE, Powerade, Gatorade or that Glaceau Vitamin Water. All these have no caffeine but can boost your energy up. I drink the vitamin water and SOBE personally when I play football and its an amazing help for me. Give it a try.
One way is to exercise. Look into specialty vitamins containing ginseng or bee pollen extract (minor amounts of caffeine). Fruit are often good pick me ups because they contain simple sugars
